The Wild Orchid # 2

Conveniently located this cottage is just a minute walk from the activity of the town of Tobermory. Big Tub Harbour is just a short walk from the cottage, where a public access known locally as "The GAP" is a great place for experienced swimmers to enjoy the water, or to take in a sunset.

The main living area of the cottage is a comfortable place to relax after a busy day of hiking the trails, or enjoying a boat tour. Two couches and two chairs provide seating for everyone in the group to unwind and enjoy the first of two televisions and DVD/Blu-ray players as well as an I-Pod Dock and free Wi-Fi. Several large windows and a private back patio and green space help create a bright living area.

The eat-in kitchen at the cottage has all the amenities necessary including fridge, stove, and microwave. The kitchen table here seats 10 comfortably. There are also four wooden TV trays provided; making this the perfect place for a game of cards, or a puzzle with the family.

The main bedroom is located on the lower level of the cottage. It has two queen size beds as well as a private two piece Ensuite. The main family room has two pull-out couches that provide two double beds. The private outdoor bunkie boasts two sets of bunk beds (Singles over doubles) a second TV, Blu-ray player and table creating a separate private space for 6 people. There is one 4 piece bathroom on the lower level of the cottage with a shower/tub, toilet and sink. There is an additional two piece bathroom off of the master bedroom with a toilet and sink.

Outside of the cottage there is a large private wooded back yard for you to relax. This cottage allows you to enjoy the proximity to the Tobermory Harbour while leaving your car parked in the driveway, instead of fighting to find somewhere to park downtown.

NOTE** The Orchid 2 can be opened up and joined with the Orchid 1 providing space for larger groups up to 28 people!
